ESTABLISHMENT

ELECTROKLIMA was founded in 1979 by Athanasios Batalias, an electrician graduate, who with his vast experience, took over the technical support of public and private air-conditioning-automation systems (central machines) of that time.

The company continues to operate continuously to this day, led by Georgios Batalia, Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering (NTUA), utilizing the many years of experience of its management and technical staff.

It is active both as a contracting company of public and private air conditioning – cooling – heating – control systems (BMS) projects, and in the field of air conditioning system trading. We provide, with the application of the most modern technology, integrated sustainable air conditioning, cooling – heating – remote control (BMS) solutions in buildings with special and complex requirements (Hospitals, Universities, Hotels, Industrial buildings, Shopping centers, Supermarkets, Commercial buildings, Buildings offices, etc.), with the aim of maximum energy efficiency combined with low energy consumption and user comfort.

2022-2023

Operation of a central tele monitoring platform of all our
customers’ online facilities, remotely based on Schneider Electric’s Ecostruxure
Building Operation technology.

2021

HIK vision certified installer for access control systems and IPCAM for the
integration of IP security systems with automation systems.

2020

Mikrotik Certified Network Accossiate certification for the use of routers
in Ethernet automation systems.

2018

“Eco expert” certification by the “Schneider Electric” company for the
building automation series.

2013

Commercial agreement with the company “Mamac systems” for the
distribution of automation sensors for Greece.

2008

Commercial agreement with the company “Airedale international” for
the representation of Close control machines for computer rooms for Greece

2006

Certification as the “1st Authorized network integrator” in the EMEA
region, by the company “Echelon”

2005

Commercial agreement with the multinational company “Schneider
Electric” (after the acquisition of TAC controls), as System Integrator in BMS
building automation systems.

2000

Exclusive representative of the Swedish automation company “TAC
controls”, for the Greek market.

1988

Undertaking of public projects for the construction and maintenance of
central air conditioning facilities for public bodies.

1985

MEEP contractor degree 2nd Class E/M projects.

1980

Commercial agreement with the company “GENERAL ELECTRIC”
(purchased by TRANE), for the provision of support services for central
machinery in Greece.

OBJECTIVE

ELECTROKLIMA’s purpose is the construction of new installations as well as the improvement of our customers’ existing facilities, to ensure their smooth operation throughout their lifetime.

Central Air Conditioning – Heating – Ventilation (HVAC) systems are the heart of any modern building, as they ensure the provision of efficient heating and cooling and are a source of fresh air, creating a comfortable environment for occupants and workers . Central HVAC systems are designed to operate efficiently in medium and large-sized facilities and large-scale projects, such as: hospitals, offices, shopping malls, airports and educational institutions, which present increased and complex needs, ensuring accurately conditions constant temperature, humidity and high air quality.

The application of state-of-the-art technology and innovative systems, with an emphasis on the demanding field of design and operation of automation systems in HVAC systems, is the characteristic that differentiates ELECTROKLIMA from other companies in the industry and consequently gives our customers a lead in solving the technical issues they face. The operation of centralized HVAC systems through the application of automation systems ensures the possibility of remote control of the facilities and therefore the timely and continuous treatment of any continuous operation problem that arises. Through advanced technologies and control systems, automation systems allow accurate setting and monitoring of HVAC system parameters, the control of temperature, humidity, air quality and its flow, the coordination of the various parts of the system, as well as the monitoring of energy consumption and the implementation of energy measures to improve the performance of machines and save energy.
